FULL PLANNING & DESIGN

With our full planning & design packages we are leading you every step of the way. From the venue search, vendor selection, design process, room blocks, logistics -you name it! This is where our creativity shines and we really get to create beautiful one of a kind designs for our couples. This level of support really lets you sit back, relax and ENJOY the process (and maybe a glass of bubbly or two!)

CUSTOM PACKAGES
We're always happy to create custom Partial Planning packages specific to your planning needs. These packages can be customized based on the amount of support desired and scope of the event. Once we have a consultation we will be able to build a proposal specific to your needs. Let's get creative!

60 DAY COORDINATION
Coordination is our base level package. Over the years we have found that 60 days is the perfect time for us to get involved to ensure a smooth and seamless execution. We come in as your expert partner to produce the event you have worked so hard to design and plan. We run your ceremony rehearsal and lead your vendor team on wedding day. We bring your vision to life!
Investment begins at $3,800.

WHAT SETS CMG EVENTS APART FROM OTHER COMPANIES?
WHO WILL I BE WORKING WITH ON THE TEAM?
Great question! This depends on a multitude of factors like what package is booked, location, venue and logistics. Our first step is to get to know you, your partner and your vision. Once we have an inquiry call we can better assist you.
Christine, the owner, takes on 10 Full Service Planning & Design weddings a year.
For Partial Planning packages Christine works in tandem with one of the CMG lead planners. Her focus is on design and vendor matchmaking, while the lead planner focuses on planning & production. The planning process is a well oiled machine, creating incredibly beautiful and successful end results!
Planners for our Coordination packages are assigned 3 months before the event. Rest assured that all of our planners are professional, highly experienced and you'll be in great hands no matter what!
One distinct trait of CMG Events is that we truly are California wedding planners. Every year we take on weddings all over the state and have expertise in all of the varying industry markets in the state and know the best vendors in all the different areas. We are known for sourcing the best vendor talent, regardless of their location (and also within budget!).
We also use a planning portal with all of our clients that adds immense value to our packages and makes planning stress free.
Lastly, our clients value and love the relationships and friendships they build with us along the way. We are professionals, but we also love what we do and cherish sharing this memory with you!

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely! Our passport is ready. Where are we going? Most recently we have traveled and worked in Cabo San Lucas, Italy, Colorado, Idaho and Texas!
Absolutely! We are licensed and have maximum liability insurance of up to $2 Million. We only work with professionals and insured vendors as well!
